Terms of Use

General

These Terms govern the use of Aura Studio's facilities, equipment, website, and services.

Bookings

Bookings may be made through the website, booking calendar, contact form, email, phone, or social media. A booking is confirmed only after Aura Studio confirms it.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Payments are made in accordance with Serbian law. If paid in Serbian dinars, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the payment date applies unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Studio Use

Clients must use the studio and equipment responsibly and return the space in good condition.

Liability

Clients are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their team. Aura Studio is not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure or technical failures.

Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
